By registering for a trial class, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
1. Our Services
Al Suffa Academy provides live, one-on-one online Islamic education, including Quran reading, Tajweed, Hifz (memorization), and related Islamic Studies courses, delivered by certified tutors via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom) and our online learning tools.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- Students of all ages are welcome; students under 18 must register through a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or student portal credentials issued to you.
3. Free Trial Class
- We offer a complimentary trial class, subject to availability, with no credit card required.
- The trial is intended to help you evaluate our teaching quality before committing to a paid course.
- We reserve the right to limit trial classes to one per student/family.
4. Fees and Payment
- Course fees are as listed on the Site or as communicated to you at the time of enrollment.
- Payment must be made in full (or according to any installment plan offered) before or as agreed for class access.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect courses already paid for.
- All fees are exclusive of any taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Services within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at contact@alsuffaacademy.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7853 169694 to request a full refund, subject to our internal review of the request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
- Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and assigned teacher.
- Classes may be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time via the student portal or by contacting support.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a completed class, at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reassign a different teacher if your original teacher becomes unavailable, with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Code of Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Treat teachers, staff, and other students with respect
- Attend classes on time and in a suitable learning environment
- Not record, reproduce, or redistribute class content without our prior written consent
- Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of this Code of Conduct, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, branding, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Al Suffa Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our classes are conducted using third-party video conferencing and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for outages, bugs, or issues arising from these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with technical difficulties.
10. Disclaimers
- Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- While we strive for high-quality instruction and the stated satisfaction rate, individual learning outcomes vary based on student effort, consistency, and other factors, and are not guaranteed beyond the terms of our money-back guarantee.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Suffa Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
